The scenario we actually ask Executive Assistant candidates: Your executive has a double-booked Thursday: an investor call and a customer escalation, plus 40 unread emails and a flight Friday morning. Walk through exactly how you'd handle the next 2 hours.

Honest fine print

What you just ran is the real round-one rubric and scoring scale, verbatim — the same text our pipeline applies to every application. One honest caveat: here it grades your single answer, whereas a real search weighs that answer against a graded work sample and the rest of the application, so a demo score tends to run a little higher than a finalist's. Two things a public demo structurally can't show: the tailored round two, where the AI writes follow-up questions from the candidate's own claims (that's what catches pasted, AI-written answers — try one here and note how it scores on specifics), and the graded work sample, which is weighted heavier than any interview answer. A score here is one pass on one answer — in production every finalist carries the full documented record you can read in the sample shortlist.

Why we show this at all: every agency says "rigorous vetting." We'd rather let you run the vetting than ask you to believe the adjective.
