What this measures
The five dimensions here are the same five weighted in our production pipeline — graded work sample (35 %), scenario judgment (25 %), experience specificity (20 %), written English (15 %), and salary-band fit (5 %). Scores map onto the same band table: ≥ 70 advances to interview, 55–69 is the competent-but-generic hold zone, and below 55 is a reject.
