What drives the rate
High-volume, high-accuracy entry and migration between systems, cleaning and de-duplicating records, and formatting to a spec. What separates a strong hire from an adequate one: Accuracy under volume, and flagging the anomaly rather than typing it in faithfully. The honest version of this role's value is that a careful human still beats a script on messy, inconsistent source documents. AI-durability of the role: low — the most AI-exposed tier; hire for the judgment layer, not the volume work. High.
